Manufacturers Fault Warranty
Manufacturers faults are deemed as faults with the material/stone at the time of manufacture that have caused the item to become faulty within 3 months of purchase. They do not include chipped stones after significant wear, broken chains from pressure such as catching on clothing or being pulled, rings being bent out of shape or twisted (such as our adjustable rings) or pressure applied between the fingers and another object that results in crushing the jewellery, fading of the gold plating over an extended period of time and using heavy chemicals while wearing jewellery. Oxidization of earrings from general wear is not covered.
Privacy Policy
When you order with Nova James we collect your name, email address, physical address and phone number for the purpose of processing your order. At no time is this information shared with another third party. I do not employ any photographers, social media managers or website developers who at times can see personal details through websites and social media. At no time am I privy to your payment details, this is strictly between you and your payment provider.
