All shipping is Authority to Leave unless stated by the customer. Please ensure you choose the right courier service to ensure your parcel is not delayed.

Shipping Times
Each order is packed and on the courier within 24 hours unless the order is placed between Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, then it will be sent on Monday. Our expected times for New Zealand urban delivery are 1 to 3 days and 4 to 6 days for rural. These times are estimated only and may vary around Christmas, Easter and public holidays like New Years and Labour Weekend. Our expected Australian delivery times are around 7 - 10 days. Please contact us at info@novajames.co.nz if you have not received your parcel within the timeframe.
Lost or Stolen parcels
Nova James takes no responsibility for your parcel after it has been delivered. If you are not going to be home to receive your parcel please make sure you leave instructions to have it left in a secure location out of public view. If your parcel is lost during transition Nova James will launch an investigation with our courier provider on your behalf. Nova James will not issue a refund or replacement until the courier provider has concluded their investigation. Once an investigation is complete and it is concluded that the parcel is lost through no fault of the customer, you will receive a refund with 24 hours.
